COPY & NEST

By using this funtion you can copy the selected object on the plate multiple times after nesting. This will let you save time and optimize objects distribution on the plate according the selected parameters.

CAD IMPORTER

This is an optional tool to be used to easily import the most common CAD files (IGES, SAT, STEP, SolidPart, Parasolid, Pro-E).

SETTING OF SUPPORTS SLOPE THRESHOLD

It is now possibile to define a support slope threshold to minimizing the amount of supports to be placed. Indeed, supports will then placed only in that areas defined as not self-supporting or below a certain slope value.

SLOPE ANALYSIS ON MANUAL SUPPORTS

The slope analysis tool turns automatically on even when placing supports manually.

The software gives you the possibility of analysing and comparing up to 5 different types of slopes for the same object, to better meeting your printing needs.

VISIBILITY TOOL

Would you like to act only on some of the objects placed on the plate? By activating this tool, only the selected item will be visible simplifying your operations.

NESTING START POSITION

This function allows you to define the nesting starting point according to your preferences. This will give you the freedom of shaping your work.

LOCK AFTER NESTING

This function allows users to lock objects position after nesting to prevent from accidental errors and fix upload data. Indeed, you will not need to re-upload locked objects  when adding new ones.

SUPPORTS LAYERS SKIP

The software generates a laser path made of alternate layers which highly reduce job execution time.

CROSS SUPPORT

The cross supports (or called “without volume”) used exclusively for machines with laser technology, allow to have objects with supports made by a single laser step, easily detachable from the object at the end of the printing process.

NESTING ALGORITHM

The new, more accurate, faster nesting algorithm also allows you to select from which area of the platform to start placing objects, and takes into account the size of any equipment.

PROJECT PREVIEW

The preview has been added to project management. A preview image appears when you select the desired project, making it easier to find the project you want to work with.
